Terms of Use for KiSS art: Thank you for visiting my KiSS page!
On this page, all art is either original (by me) or is posted with the permission of the original artist. Others artists are credited with a link so you can contact them if you enjoy their KiSS sets.

KiSS dolls are free for you to download, enjoy, and share privately (email to your friends). However, this does not mean they are "Freeware." They are original art.
•So, if you would like to post one of my dolls on your webpage or another public space like a mailing list or group to share with friends or fans, you must email me first to ask permission.
•You may only post my KiSS sets if I give you written permission (if I write back to you and say yes).
•You must also post my name & the name of the template artist if there is one & link back to my page and my email address (and the template artist's, if there is one). This way, other people will be able to contact me and enjoy all of my KiSS sets.
•If you post one of my sets to a public place, you may not change anything about the set. This means that the text files must be intact. It also means you may not change the .lzh filename (the name of the file you download from me). .lzh filenames are used by KiSS artists and collectors to identify dolls and their artists, and people who trade KiSS dolls use them to figure out if a doll is a rarity or not. So it is important not to change this name. KiSS is not an image generator-- it is not just a toy for you to make pictures, and the pictures which result when you dress up a doll are not considered "original art" by you-- they are still considered my art.
• If you would like to use still pictures from my KiSS sets, or would like to edit the pictures in my KiSS sets to create fan art, cartoon dollz, page adoptions, or other artwork, you must receive written permission from me.
•If you would like to use my base dolls or other images from my KiSS sets in a KiSS set of your own, you must receive written permission from me.
•You are also required to credit me in any KiSS set which uses my art, or link back to me on any page where my art is displayed. If you would like to publicly post or use a doll by a different artist, please don't ask me! I don't have the right to let you post it-- you must contact the artist and ask. If you are confused about how to contact a different artist, send me an email and I will be happy to help you get in touch with them if possible. You must understand and agree to these terms in order to view and download my KiSS sets. By entering my KiSS gallery, you signify that you agree to these terms. Thank you once again.
