Once someone told her where Andre was, Judith fairly rattled down the door of the sick bay to get him out, and to hell with any patients in residence. "Romain? Need a word with you, lad."

Lang followed like Judith's taller, paler, shadow. "Actually more than a word." She clarified. "You'll never guess who the idiot pirate captain knows."

Andre looked a bit startled at the intrusion, but got up, blinking blearily at them both. "What?" he asked. "Who? Renaud? Jochy?"

"Depends on what sense of the word 'know'," Judith replied, "but neither. Kullie's daughter. Masquerading as Kullie masquerading as me. We smell a set-up."

"Which of you killed Kullie? You or Spider?" Lang asked.

Andre frowned, and gave them a confused look. "Why does that matter?" he asked, looking to Judith. "Is there...do you think she'd come after us?"

Judith looked very tired with Andre, but glanced at Barbara to confirm. "So it was Spider." Then back to Andre. "Digiacomo's on Kullie's payroll. We talked to him. All he'd tell us straight on was that Kullie's getting up a crew."

"The haunting didn't start until all of you came aboard." Lang added. "And Spider's father was captured, which meant you had to come aboard this ship. Well. The other ship. So, that got us to thinking that, well.." She trailed off.

"Well, what?" Andre asked, looking confused. "The ghost was working for Kullie?"

"The ghost may have been Kullie," Judith corrected flatly. "It'd explain why it didn't get frisky until you two were aboard. At any rate, the daughter offered some sort of protection to Digiacomo; he was supposed to be meeting with her, although I suspect she left him high and dry."
