"True," agreed Seth with a smile, "Better that it is done than done in a way which strokes our egos." He reached out and touched Davide's face softly, "Though I will say that you throwing that punch at all is unspeakably attractive."

He shook his head. "I'll take the compliment, but it was mostly a messy fight. I wasn't thinking, I was angry. He deserved it, but I should have done it in a way that didn't hurt others. Or I should have just hid the body." He said, half joking.

"He stole a child." replied Seth, "That he is still alive to answer questions is a sign of tremendous restraint on your part." He smiled a bit at the man, "Though I still say we should just bind his limbs and give him to Morgana. I am rather sure she would find the truth with an absurd speed..."

The attempt at a joke made his face fall some, "Though she should not have to, no." He sighed a bit and rubbed at the back of his neck, "Still, Davide. He stole a child from a people who are not so prolific as ours. For all the extremity he must have felt... it should not go unanswered and I am happy that it did not. Messy or not."

"There is that." He agreed. "Still." He held out his hands. "Judith's probably going to be pissed."

Seth shrugged some, "Perhaps. But you will weather it because you were in the right and she will know it. Gods, I rather think that she would have done the same if she caught the man who had taken one of her granddaughters away, potential political problems be damned."

He reached out to take one of Davide's hands and give it a squeeze. "I could come along, if you like. And if not, I can at least bring by a couple glasses and some more bandages for afterward."

"You can come anywhere with me." He replied and grinned, squeezing the hand back. "Don't feel you have to make my case for me. I'll let her bluster until she comes around."

Seth smiled a little at the man and shrugged, "Fair enough. And I have no doubt she will come around in the end." A small shrug there as he reached out to touch the other man's face, "It is only that I worry for you a little."
