Davide grunted as blood stained his forearm, and tried to ignore. "THIEF." He yelled at Duncan, turning and trying to slam the other man bodily into the wall, grabbing at the other man's face to slam his head back into the wall as many times as he could.

Duncan pushed himself back at Davide and butted the crown of his head into Davide's chin. He tried to knock him aside with the unarmed hand, keeping the dagger well out of reach.

Davide leaned his head back, and as he was pushed, saw the dagger. He reached out his hand and tried to slam the hand that held the dagger into the wall, trying to keep the man pinned with his shoulder and body.

Duncan, pressed to the wall, gave him a hard grin and leaned close to his ear. "This the only way you can get it, Davide?" He bit him in the side of the neck.

Davide stamped down on Duncan's foot, and kept slamming Duncan's hand into the wall. "Good. Idea." He said, and punched the man's groin with his brass knuckles.

Duncan's fingers immediately loosened on the knife as he fell forward onto Davide, his head on the man's shoulder. Without warning his face went pale, his cheeks bulged. A warm and colorful gout of red-wine puke flooded out of his mouth and nose and down Davide's back.

Davide grunted and hurled the other man to the ground, forgetting the dagger. He kicked Duncan in the stomach as hard as he could and then punched the other man in the temple.

Duncan quivered at the kick, and was trying to get to his feet again, fingers curled around the dagger and an intent, oddly calm expression on his face, when the blow to the temple closed his eyes for real. Quietly he rolled from his side onto his back.

Davide bent down, and pried the dagger from Duncan's fingers, tossing it down the hall. He looked down at his clothes, and found they were covered in puke and blood and sighed tiredly. He put the knuckles back in his pocket and then sat down, staring at his prone body. "Guards! A little help! Please!"
