He turned his stretch into pulling off his shirt, and flung it at the floor. "Really, Captain, you insult me. Only an hour?" He asked, and leaned in carefully to kiss her.

"A good hour," she promised, running her hands appreciatively over his chest. "Like it or not, we're gonner have to go back to the castle someday. Beds are bigger there too," she added.

"Aye, I've got my own room there." He replied quietly, leaning back on the bed, and started to fiddle with her clothes, pulling her shirt him and tugging at her breeches without pulling them down. He looked her over. "Are you going to want to do this again?" He asked, geniunely curious.

Judith tucked one toe under the opposite bootheel and pried it off, then had to struggle a bit to kick off the other. "Are you?" she asked, in the same tone, as she reached up to pull his ponytail over his shoulder. "I thought we had a thing. I like you, you like me, you're good in bed. Do I need to fire you first?"

He did the same with his shoes, and then pushed down his breeches, and laid his hands on her hips. "I was under the impression I hadn't been hired back yet. And don't sell yourself short. You're moderately good in bed as well." He replied, kissing her again.

Judith laughed and gave him a quick tap of her fist in this upper arm. "Goddamn, man, you don't say a woman's moderately good in bed before you actually get into the act; she'll just grab her clothes and leave. Fortunately," she added, amused, "I'm still mostly dressed." She slipped up a little and skimmed her shirt over her head to rectify that problem, then lay back with her small tangle of chains and good-luck charms still draped around her neck.

"Or she'll stay and try to prove you wrong." Davide countered, as he tucked an arm around her. He reached across with his other hand to lift a chain, inspecting it. "These are new, I think. Last time you just had the tattoos." He pointed out, running his finger across one, before going back to the trinkets. "They're pretty. Do they have a purpose?"

"These are old," she corrected. "Much older'n you, and if I don't wear 'em I'll forget I brought 'em when the time comes." She curled into the curve of his shoulder. "For the girl. Wedding gift."

He chuckled and ran his hand down her side, lightly, and back up. 'They're pretty on you, but I bet she'll like them. She likes finery." He added, and pulled her hair back to kiss the base of her cheek, her neck and then her ear, then he slid away and over her, sitting back on his legs. "Let me get to work before we waste the hour."

She trailed a hand over his shoulder and down his back, then tipped her face back for him to kiss. "The hour starts when you do," she assured him.
