Re: Full circle, 3 Samon, Morning
"Now," Morgana replied, and smiled at Cara, "I am going to scrape a kettle before it scorches. Once that's out of the way, you may stay or go as you like, or make yourself useful fetching me tea or fresh water or looking after a very little child, if those things are agreeable to you, as Jochy's going to be flat on his face on a mat. How's your head for blood?" She was asking in all seriousness; it was always a good point to get out of the way.

"I very much doubt blood would be a problem" Jochy remarked, leaning in to kiss Cara on the top of her head. "I'd love to have yer there, I know how curious you are."
He looked a bit hesitant, then asked... "So, it this gonna be as bad as when yer layed them on the first time?"

"I like blood," Cara replied. "I think it's fascinating," she assured Meg. "I can do more of those, but I'm horrible with small children," she said. "I never know what to do with them."

"It shouldn't be. I'm not laying lines, I'm unsetting what's already there, so we won't be hours with the paintpots this time." She hoped. "Mayhaps there'll be a few new lines. If it's going to be even a quarter of what it was like before, we'll both need some time to buck up before it."
She nodded to Cara. "Blood tends to be more predictable than small children," she agreed, "but not such good company. The husband can see to her an it comes to it; he has no head for blood."

"See Cara, that's why I like you. That you can throw lines like that out with a straight face. Makes me feel less alone in the world." He was fairly certain that saying that you liked blood was not one of the things women, or men for that matter, should confess to.
He ran a hand through his hair and nodded. "Glad to hear that at least. Have to say it's been some time since I've worked with wardings at all, fell out of the habit when I didn't have access to my Art. Looking forward to it, even if they're just done to me."
