"I have not always made the best choices in life" he confessed, but shrugged a moment later. "None of us have. Perhaps we can learn. Eventually."

"Perhaps," repeated Morgan before snorting a little. "But without big shakeups we probably won't."

"Thankfully, we seem to get those shakeups, so what do I know, eh?" He smiled down at the man then and took another sip from his bottle. "I'll take just not making any catastrophically bad calls in the future and call myself lucky."

"Please do not break any more of my things" he said, the straight face belying the attempt at humour.

Morgan smirked a little before shrugging. "Everything else is being held onto by other folks. I think I'll be alright." He pushed off from the wall and smiled. "Say 'hi' to Anne for me, though. When you see her."

"Make sure that Seth is alright. Just in case." He pressed two fingers against the bridge of his nose. "I suspect he is another person i should apologize to, given time."

"I'll poke my head in. But... I dunno. For all he looked rattled he still looked... Fuck, I don't know. Good. Doubt he needs me all that much." He smirked a bit, "With luck that might mean he might want to come by. Or maybe he remembers what a shit I am now..." he frowned some before sighing and shrugging. "If you feel you have to apologize, do. Worse that'll happen is you'll look like an ass. But the bests are pretty good, too."

He shrugged a little. "You gonna be okay, Mal?"

"I have no idea" he confessed. "And the thought of that is rather exhilarating."

To not be certain. To be on thin ice, breaking new ground.

"I suspect we will see soon enough."

Morgan chuckle a little and rolled his eyes. "Fuck, no wonder I never got into the high magery. Never could stand the wide-eye routine at the whole 'being alive' thing." He smiled down at the man. "Best of luck then."

And with that he took a step and wasn't there anymore.
